RECRUITING

Search that starts with the work, not the keyword.

We start with what the person will actually own, then go find someone who has done it. That works the same whether the role is technical, commercial, licensed, or something with no clean label — one hire, a whole team, or a search you'd rather keep off the job boards.

Ways we engage

Most searches start in one of these shapes and change as the need gets clearer. Structure and terms are agreed before we begin.

HUMAN IN THE LOOP

How a search actually runs.

Four steps, and a person is on every one of them. We use good tooling to see a market properly and keep a search organized, but no software decides who you meet.

Whoever we send comes with the reasoning attached — why this person, what we'd watch, and who we passed on. On a hard search that may be one candidate rather than a slate.

A resume tells you what someone did. A conversation tells you whether they can do it here.

Where we search

The areas we work most often. They're a starting point, not a boundary — a good share of our searches sit outside this list entirely.

Your function isn't on the list.

That happens often, and it's rarely a problem. Tell us the role and the market and we'll be straight with you about whether we're the right people to run it.

FOR CANDIDATES

You'll hear back either way.

Send your background even if nothing posted fits. A fair number of the roles we work never get posted, and knowing what you're after means we can call you when one lands.
